Petitioner, who has got no criminal antecedents and is under custody since 24.01.2020, carries an allegation of keeping 25.920 Litres of foreign liquor (Indian origin). Accordingly, petitioner, Arvind Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge-Excise, Kaimur at Bhabua in Excise Case No. 80/2020 leading to Durgawati PS Case No. 18/2020.
