2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kacchwa P.S. Case No. 152 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 447, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons abused and assaulted the informant and his family members as a result of which, they sustained injuries. Gold chain of the informant is alleged to have been snatched away in course of the occurrence.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The FIR itself shows that there is land dispute between the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13431 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 parties. There is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries on the person of Dhanjee Singh are simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt substance.
5. Learned APP for the state has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Kacchwa P.S. Case No. 152 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
