JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of committing theft in the house of the informant. The petitioner was identified by the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 12.10.2013, the FIR was registered on 17.10.2013 and the petitioner has been roped in the present case since there was dispute with regard to wages of the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the delayed lodging of the FIR, let the

Case No. 286 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
