The petitioner has moved before this Court for compliance of the order dated 28.07.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18765 of 2013.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.3 attaching the letter no. 1686 communicated vide memo no. 4595dated 15.9.2022 by the office of Sr. S.P., Muzaffarpur by which a reasoned order has been passed and the date has also been shifted from 15.2.2020 to 19.5.2013 and

Patna High Court MJC No.4102 of 2018(7) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 accordingly direction has been given to comply the said order immediately.

This Court is convinced that the order of the writ court has been complied by the opposite party. If the petitioner still has some grievance, he always has liberty to move before the writ court with the said grievance. The MJC No. 4102 of 2018 stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
