Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is recovery of one loaded country made pistol with one live cartridge, mobile, Rs.9,300/- and motorcycle from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner has criminal antecedent also and he is in custody since 22.08.2018.

Considering the nature of allegation and recovery of arms from possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
