Petitioner is accused in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 272, 273/34 of the I.P.C. and sections 30/36/38 of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not concerned with the alleged recovered illicit Nepali liquor as well as motorcycle rather he is victim of circumstance. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.02.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20378 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017.
