This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) PS Case No. 263 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion petitioner has been roped in the instant case. With reference to the prosecution case he submits that reason for involvement of the petitioner in the instant case is that the petitioner has illicit relation with the victim and only because of the illicit relationship the husband and the in-laws of the informant implicated the petitioner in the matter of suicide of

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 06.10.2018, as also the fact that investigation is now complete and there is no direct material to implicate the petitioner, this application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge-VII, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) PS Case No. 263 of 2018. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) mrl./- U T
