JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of robbing the jewellary, cash, mobile and other articles of the informant. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the statement of Priyanshu Kumar who was apprehended in another case being Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 380 of 2012.
From the impugned order at appears that chargesheet has already been submitted against the petitioner. This Court is not inclined to interfere.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10415 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 135 of 2012 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
