In view of such limited prayer, the proceedings need not be kept pending. This Court however, would observe that in the event such an appeal is filed within two weeks the respondent no. 2 would be obliged to consider the same within three months on its own merit without raising the issue of same being barred by delay in view of the considerable period of time spent in the
