BAJANTHRI) 01-03-2024 The present M.J.C. is filed for recalling the order dated 16.01.2019 passed in Civil Review No. 488 of 2018.

2. Civil Review No. 488 of 2018 was dismissed for non-removal of defects. For no fault on the part of the petitioner, he shall not be penalized, therefore, the present M.J.C. for restoration stands allowed, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two thousand). Cost shall be remitted in Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna within a period of four weeks from today.

3. Accordingly, order dated 16.01.2019 stands recalled while restoring Civil Review No. 488 of 2018.
