2. No one appears on behalf of opposite party no.2 despite valid service of notice.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he could not contact his client, as such, he has no instruction with regard to stage of the case, however, perusal of the order sheets would show that by an order dated 21.08.2023 itself there was a direction to the Superintendent of Police,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18035 of 2020(8) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 Saran at Chapra to get the Investigating Officer of the case examined within a month from the date of communication of the said order and the order also indicates that the doctor has already been examined.
4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, there is no reason to keep the case pending. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
