1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case no. 444 of 2021, registered under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that his daughter was done to death by the accused persons including his son-in-law, his parents which includes his mother the petitioner herein as also other relatives, details of whom has been given in the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case for the reason of her being the mother-in-law of the deceased. Admittedly, the informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence. The husband

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, the petitioner being the motherin-law of the deceased who has remained in custody since 27.11.2023 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case no. 444 of 2021, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
