2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 85, 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 74, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved and now, both of them are living together as husband and wife.

5. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 does not dispute the contention made on behalf of petitioner.
6. In that view of the matter, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Darbhanga, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 132 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
