Heard both sides.
The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 354 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(I)(X) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The informant made allegation that the petitioners wanted to grab the ancestral land of the informant and for that the occurrence took place as they assaulted the informant and others and torn the clothes of his wife.
It is submitted that the petitioners are neighbours and on account of land dispute, the case has been filed. Now the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8457 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 is compromised.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in Sheohar SC - ST P.S. Case No. 16/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
