2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 17.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 22725 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The following order was passed on 17.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 22725 of 2023 which reads as under: "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Korha P.S. Case No.66 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.15365 of 2024(4) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 As per the F.I.R., on 10.02.2022 three miscreants intercepted the informant and took away his bag containing cash amount which was collected from different shop keepers. The coaccused disclosed the involvement of the petitioner in the crime in question.

The petitioner has five criminal antecedents.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner and the materials available on record, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner though co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, this regular bail application is dismissed. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible."

5. This Court finds no new ground to review its earlier order dated 17.05.2023.
