2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 306, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is uncle of the deceased who allegedly committed suicide. Police after investigation submitted final form and not sent up the petitioner for trial. Co-accused, with similar allegation, have already been allowed pre-arrest bail vide paragraph 7 of the bail petition. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the
