The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Agiaon (G) P.S. Case No. 09 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the IPC. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with Amarjit Yadav on 20.05.1999 and three sons born from her wedded life. It is further alleged that Amarjit Yadav developed illicit relation with second daughter of the informant. When the informant raised objection the accused persons threatened that her daughter will not survive in future. On 22.11.2013 the informant received message on telephone that her daughter has been murdered by administering

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5531 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 poison.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place after 14 years of marriage. The petitioner is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Agiaon (G) P.S. Case No. 09/2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
