Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365/34, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are suspected to have kidnapped to the son of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the fact that there is no sufficient material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pirpaity Police Station Case No. 218 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully
