1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending their arrest in connection with Sikti P.S. Case no. 111 of 2023 registered under sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that over a dispute relating to land, the six accused persons who are the petitioners herein came variously armed and brutally

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case over a land dispute, which would be evident from the contents of the FIR itself. There is case and counter case between the parties with the correct version having been narrated in the FIR registered by the wife of petitioner no.1 herein. Both the sides sustained injuries and the allegations against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature.
5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegations against the petitioners arising out of land dispute, there being case and counter case between the parties with injuries on both the sides, the allegations against the petitioners being general and omnibus in nature and the petitioners not having any criminal antecedent, it is directed that all the six petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Sikti P.S. Case no. 111 of 2023 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with
