The petitioner seeks bail in Kawakole P.S. Case No. 04/1995, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was on police bail, but after cognizance no notice was issued to the petitioner. Therefore, petitioner could not appear. The petitioner was arrested on 04.11.2016 since then he is in jail. It is further submitted that all other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for four months, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8981 of 2017 (3) dt.06-03-2017 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 04/1995.
