2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 80(1), 238(a), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. It is a case of dowry death. The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the deceased died due to illness, for which, she was treated in hospital. Petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2025. In this case, charge has already been framed.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge
