2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities for forwarding the case of the petitioner to the Remission for premature release.

3. It is an admitted position that the petitioner has completed 14 years of actual imprisonment and he therefore prays for his case to be forwarded to the Remission Board for consideration.

4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner within three months and communicate the order of the remission board to the petitioner.
