The petitioner seeks bail in Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, some unknown miscreants snatched away cash of Rs. 9,91,000/- while the informant was going to deposit the same in ICICI Bank. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Bablu Kumar @ Mukesh Kumar and Pintu Kumar @ Randhir Kumar. No looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has not been put on test identification parade till date. Petitioner is in

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019.
