2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"(a) To issue an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for cancellation of Praman Patra no. 786397 dated 18.12.2009 procure by the respondent no. 7 as contained in Annexure 1 to the extent of the area and the boundary of the land described in the Praman Patra which interferes and includes the residential house and Sahan land of the petitioners as well as village Road.
(b) To issue an appropriate writ/ order/direction commanding the respondent Bihar Bhoodan Yojna Committee, Patna and its authorities to issue a Praman Patra in favour of the petitioners for the lands which is in possession of the petitioners from the time immortal.
(c) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents not to disturb the possession of the petitioners from the disputed plot/land situated
3/4 in village Rajapur, P.S. and Anchal Kateya, District Gopalganj bearing Thana NO. 155, Khata NO. 76 Khesra NO. 324 measuring an area of 1730 square Karies.
(d) To issue an appropriate writ/order/directions commanding the respondent Bihar Bhoodan Yojna Committee, Patna and its authorities to dispose of /decide the application/ representation dated 20.07.2011 filed by the petitioners which is pending before the respondent Chairman, the Bihar Bhoodan Yojna Committee, Patna since long by speaking/reasoned order in accordance with law. (e) To any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners Mr. Suresh Prasad Bhakta submits that though earlier representation was given to the respondent no.7, the Chairman of the Bihar Bhoodan Yojna Committee, they shall be filing a fresh representation in next four weeks.
4. If such representation is preferred, it should be
4/4 taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
