JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 232 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant in her written report has stated that two F.I.R. named Amrita Kumari and Saurav Kumar abducted her daughter.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the F.I.R. named two accused persons have already been allowed bail by the learned Sessions Judge in A.B.P. Nos. 1850 of 2016 and 1963 of 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5566 of 2017 (2) dt.07-02-2017 2/2 submits that these petitioners are neither named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating material is against them, they have been implicated merely on the basis of suspicion and the petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2016, having no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances stated above, let the petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 232 of 2016.
