Mr.Surendra Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-07-2020 Heard Mr. Fakhruddin Ali Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Surendra Kumar, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61019 of 2019, whereby, with certain other conditions, he was directed to surrender before the court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, on which, the court below shall release him on bail till submission of chargesheet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,0000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order, referred to above, is allowed.

In case the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, he shall be accorded the privilege under the order dated 25.09.2019 but all the terms and conditions which have been imposed in the aforesaid order shall subsist.

The order dated 25.09.2019 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands allowed.
