The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 68/2014, G.R. No. 868/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code and II(I) (D) (E) (H) (K) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act. Md. Jahid Hussain, driver of the pick-up Van was apprehended and he disclosed that Pawan Kumar and others were demanded extortion from him and also snatched 5500/- from his pocket. It is submitted that petitioner is the owner of the pick-up Van. The driver was carrying animals on hire.

Considering the facts and nature of allegations, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8161 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 68/2014, G.R. No.

868/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
