Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 333, 353, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that road was blocked by the mob for a dispute with regard to the emersion of idol of Goddess Sarswati and when the police tried to pacify the matter then the police personnel were assaulted and stones were pelted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there are three versions of the same occurrence but in other two versions of the cases the petitioners were not named.

Considering the omnibus and general accusation against the mob and the fact that co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 16200 of 2014, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 14 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
