The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barharia P.S. Case no. 232 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Two persons, namely Abhishek Kumar and Parwej Alam were apprehended with a motorcycle and they disclosed that they purchased the motorcycle from the petitioner.
