JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 After some argument, Sri Rajesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Subhash Chandra Mishra, learned A.P.P., makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that the petitioner may approach the court below for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.

It goes without saying that if the petitioner appears before the court below within a period of six weeks from today and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order on the basis of the material available on record, may consider the same and pass
