The petitioner seeks bail in Govindpur P.S.

Case No. 02 of 2017 under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

20 litres of country made mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.01.2017. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already remained in jail for about three and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
