The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 323, 324, 325, 341, 354-B, 354-A, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of outraging the modesty of the informant by the petitioner and other accused persons Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is own cousin of the informant. He further submits that informant had illicit relation with coaccused Saurabh Kumar which was creating nuisance to be

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Samastipur in connection with NH Bangra P.S. Case No. 22 of 2021, G.R. No.498 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
