Case No. 10 of 2015 has been filed by the petitioner being the legatee of the estate of late Basanti Verma. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the L.A. case was filed in the year 2015 and though all the objectors
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1624 of 2018(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 have appeared in this case but the case has not progressed further and no evidence has started. Accordingly, his prayer is that direction may be issued to the learned Additional District Judge VII, Patna to dispose the L.A. case as early as possible. Taking into consideration the nature of prayer and the fact that L.A. case was filed about seven years back, the learned Additional District Judge VII, Patna is directed to take steps for expeditious disposal of the case in accordance with law. It is made clear that unnecessary adjournments to the parties shall not be granted in this matter.
The petition stands disposed of.
