2. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the different bailable offences under the Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act. He has remained in jail custody for about nine months. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that under Section 12 of the POCSO Act the maxim sentence which can be imposed on him is three years.

3. Let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ist Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 22/14, arising out of Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 99/14.
