JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 By way of the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to respondent no. 2 to implement the award passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Patna in Reference Case No. 7 of 1992 dated 08.01.1999.

In the opinion of this Court, the writ application is thoroughly misconceived. The extraordinary writ jurisdiction cannot be used for executing the orders passed by a Labour Tribunal. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U
