Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 8 and 4G of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C. has not named these petitioners or whispered anything against them and they have only been dragged in this case because they are parents of co-accused Md. Saif. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

No.12438 of 2022(3) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Supaul in Supaul Police Station Case No. 662 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
