Let the petitioners surrender before CJM, Motihari, East Champaran and pray for regular bail in connection with Paharpur P.S.Case No.312 of 2014 and the court below shall seek the production of the injury report in its original and shall also seek the production of the legible copy of the case diary before it and thereafter consider the fact as to whether there was any specific allegation appearing in the statement of witnesses against any one. The learned CJM shall not allow himself to be governed by mere insertion of any Section in the FIR and shall read the individual allegations and proceed to dispose of the prayer for bail of the petitioners. If need be, the learned CJM may admit the petitioners
