Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would approach the State Level Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority against the order dated 12.01.2016 passed by the District Teacher Appellate Authority, Buxar. In view of the said submission, no further order need be passed in the instant proceeding. This court would only observe that it would be open to the petitioner to raise the issue of pendency of these proceedings for condonation of delay in filing his appeal before the appellate authority.
