The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kudhni (Kudhani) P.S. Case No.236 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354B, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dain Act (Witchcraft Act).

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is case and counter case between the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11180 of 2022(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 parties. It has further been submitted that there is no injury caused on the informant side.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhni (Kudhani) P.S. Case No.236 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
