JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448,353,427,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner and three four unknown persons entered into the official chamber of Circle Officer, Arwal and started asking the informant in relation to measurement of a land and issuance of rent receipt. The accused persons also threatened the informant and smashed the official papers. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 8.12.2014 the FIR was registered on 9.12.2014 at 7 P.M. The accusation is omnibus and general

Considering the omnibus and general accusation and the case lodged by petitioner no. 2 at earlier in point of time, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.267 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
