JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3345 of 2016 on the ground that thrust of accusation is against Chandan Kumar Sada @ Chandan Sada and the petitioners happen to be maternal uncle and maternal grand-mother of Chandan Kumar Sada, hence the petitioners have been roped in the present case, though, Chandan Kumar Sada has already married with the victim. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015 pending in the court of learned ACJM-IV, Rosera, Samastipur

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6665 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 keeping in view of the fact that the thrust of accusation is against Chandan Kumar Sada who has already married with the victim. It is expected from the learned court below to dispose of the regular bail application of the petitioners preferably on the same day.

The modification application is allowed only to the extent that period of surrender is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
