The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have facilitated the crime by providing motorcycle to other two co-accused persons.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that police after investigation submitted final form and exonerated the petitioner, since petitioner was not found involved in the crime. It is further submitted that there is no allegation of any overt act or firing against this petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11179 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S.
