2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 05.12.2018 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 31 of 2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kishanganj by which the Court below has dismissed the criminal revision filed by the petitioner as well as for quashing of the order dated 02.08.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kishanganj, who has passed permanent order of arrest against the petitioner in Thakurganj (Kurlikot) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2005.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner will appear regularly in the Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14021 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2025 2/2 personally or through his lawyer and will cooperate in the disposal of the case.

4. In the interest of justice, this application is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 05.12.2018 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 31 of 2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kishanganj as well as the 02.08.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kishanganj, are hereby quashed.

5. The petitioner will appear before the Court below within one month from today.

6. If the petitioner appears then he shall be released on bail on furnishing fresh bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction concerned Court below. Thereafter the petitioner will cooperate in the case appearing regularly or through his lawyer in the case.
