The petitioner is in custody in connection with Taryani P.S. Case No. 114 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that on search one country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.7.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly 6 months, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
