The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 20 / 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
As per the F.I.R., 255 gm. of Ganja has been recovered from a hotel and petitioner is the owner of the building in which hotel is situated.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11186 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge Vigilance (Trap) Act, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
