2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.619/2022 arising out of Hajipur Town P.S.Case No.390/2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the IPC and Sectio 16 of the BCE Act.

3. The records of the case reveals that as per the FIR, the petitioner is engaged in the business of human organs. He has no valid degree of MBBS or M.S. In the present case, specific allegation is that the child of the informant was operated by the petitioner but when his condition deteriorated, he was referred to the Patna where he was declared brought dead. The postmortem of the dead body was conducted at Sadar

3. Learned APP has informed this Court that already four prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded very soon.

4. Considering the fact that no fresh ground has been shown by the petitioner for the release of the petitioner on regular bail. I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected.

5. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
