The petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 10812 of 2019 arising out of Kankarbag P.S. Case No. 1160 of 2019, registered under Sections 272, 273, 420, 414, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 1290 bottles each containing 200 ml country made liquor from the Tata Indigo bearing registration no. WB 20U-2200, which was being driven by the petitioner, on which, one Rahul Kumar was found sitting. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 10812 of 2019 arising out of Kankarbag P.S.
