The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30, 30(a), 38, 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

100 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a hut, situated in front of the house of petitioners.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from their conscious possession. Recovery has been made from the hut, which does not belong to petitioners and petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.11399 of 2022(2) dt.08-07-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court - II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 527 of 2021.
