The petitioner, who was an applicant for being appointed as Anganbari Sevika, is aggrieved by the fact that respondent No. 7 has been selected as Anganbari Sevika under Ward No. 4, Anganbari Centre, Sidhauli, despite this fact that she is not the permanent resident of the ward in question which is the criterion for selection of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3760 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2021 2/3 Anganbari Sevika. A complaint in that regard has been made by the petitioner before several authorities, but no action has been taken on such complaint.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a detailed representation/complaint before the District Programme Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent No. 4) afresh along with a copy of this order within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation/complaint, the District Programme Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent No. 4) shall look into the matter, afford hearing to the concerned stake holders viz. the petitioner, private respondent No. 7 and any other candidate who would be the necessary party and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

Should the petitioner feel aggrieved even thereafter, she would have the option of challenging the order of the District Programme Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent No. 4) before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent No. 3).
