2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 244 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, petitioner along with other coaccused persons started assaulting and abusing the informant with deadly weapon due to which he sustained injuries. The accused person took away Rs. 8700/- cash and a silver chain worth Rs. 2800/- from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated. Both the

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Kaatihar in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 244 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Sudha/- U T
